The shelf promotes food draining to help preserve it’s life and quality, such as salads. Finger holes at each end make it easy to lift out and put in to gastronorm containers. Heat resistant from -40°C to 99°C, the drain shelf can be used for hot and cold food, and is ideal for storing, transporting and serving foods.
