Placement within your business is also easier, as the water cooled system means the ice maker can be positioned in tight under counter spaces or where ambient temperatures reach up to 40°C.

Hoshizaki recommends that the water-cooled condenser should be connected to a closed circuit recirculating type cooling system utilizing a tower, water chiller or similar. Water make up should be via a ball valve/break tank arrangement.

Please note: limescale can cause serious damage to your ice machine. We recommend a water filter is fitted to reduce limescale and maintain ice quality.
