A cold zone is housed at the bottom of the oil bath to accumulate food waste and reduce contact with the liquid, extending the life of each oil batch and saving you money over time. Operating comfortably and precisely at temperatures up to 180°C, the basket handles are made of special heat resistant material to withstand constant use throughout opening hours without inconvenience to the operator.
